Town Center Orthopaedic Associates accepts a number of insurance plans. With the constant changes in health insurance coverage and plans merging and restructuring, we may not be enrolled as providers with all plans. Please check with your insurance provider to verify coverage. You may also call our office for assistance.
It is our policy to require valid insurance information or payment for all services at the time services are rendered. This means we ask that you pay your portion of the office visit, X rays, durable medical equipment, etc. at the time these services are received. If ability to pay is a consideration, please contact our patient accounts representative at 703-483-4675 to discuss establishing a payment plan.
No Show Fees:
EMG - $150.00 No Show fee
Physical/Occupational Therapy appointments - $50.00 No Show Fee
Because these are longer appointments, we have established fees should patients not show up. It is our hope that patients who cannot make an EMG or PT appointment will call to open the space for another patient. If we do not receive advanced notice, a $50 No-Show fee will be assessed.
Otherwise, as a courtesy to patients who may wish to schedule an appointment, please give 24 hours notice if cancelling.

Please be advised that should your physician recommend treatment using durable medical equipment (DME) such as braces, splints, and orthotics, OSHA regulations prohibit the return and resale of this equipment. Please be sure all questions regarding DME are answered before leaving the office.
